October Zoe News
Our little walker is getting better and better every day. She'll be running soon - I guarantee it!

This is my view when I am cooking. She's "helping". I have to put her in the living room and close the baby gate when she "helps" too much, or when the oven/burners are on.

She had fun with Nana and the car last time we went to Huntsville:

She seems to be using her right hand most of the time now, using it to reach for things, hold most objects, indicate her wants, etc.
Her motor skills are improving daily, and she has learned to stack blocks (sometimes up to 5-6 of them without the tower falling) and to work with big legos:

such concentration!

She's very methodical and tends to approach one skill/interest at a time, so her insatiable urge to go through every book she owns four times a day has waned considerably in favor of playing with the toys that build things. Last month she was a librarian. This month she is an architect. Who knows what she will be come November?
Of course, she still loves to be read to. That will never change.
