Monday is BGB's 5 month anniversary of being born, and she is celebrating early with all sorts of hard work in the development department.
Zoe has been working hard at rolling over, sitting up, and being fed with a spoon. She's come a HUGE way in a few short weeks. Today she rolled from her front to her back completely on her own!! You'd have thought I won the lottery. It's amazing how excited we get about things like that now.
Typically we sit her in front of us and play with her to let her work on her balance and keep her from falling.

Nana and NebNeb, you can see that she is, indeed, wearing pants!
We have also been feeding her rice cereal for a couple of weeks. She enjoys this, and has been eyeing our own food for quite some time, so I think she is going to be ready to move on to trying other Stage 1 solids very soon.
(Remember that if you are reading this in an email, you will probably need to go directly to the blog entry to watch this video - http://coffeeshopboy-sheshavingababy.blogspot.com/)
She has also been working on sounds. She's been having a running commentary to herself almost all day.
It's exciting and fun to play with her at this stage, since she is making so many discoveries. We look forward to every day! She is a happy, sweet girl who has made our life all the more lovely.
